6. Limitations of liability.

Eceen may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment during access to www.eceen.com and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not fulfil the specifications given in point 4, or due to the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

ECEEN reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content placed in this area which may contravene the applicable legislation in France, particularly the provisions relative to data protection. In France, personal data is protected by the law n° 78-87 dated 6 January 1978, the law n° 2004-801 dated 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Any disputes in relation to the use of the site www.eceen.com are subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent Paris courts.
